Stopped running for a few month but looking to get back into it. Decided it won't hurt to start half way through. I'm going to aim for 10km a week. So 30km in total.

Yea basically, the weight part of the question is less important than how close I want my children to be in age. And originally we always did want them about two years apart.
-
Yea that's what I was thinking (having them closer together would be easier). I was trying to decide between the trade off of losing once or twice with starting off in a better position to lose weight.

Ok I will mention that. I think she may need to be referred by her doctor but maybe not. I will look into it. Thanks for the advice.

I have mentioned it to her. I think she is thinking about talking to her doctor about it. She's just worried that her doctor will treat it like nothing and tell her to just stop eating.

I did Insanity about a month or two ago. I didn't have any problems with my knees or back or anything. Just be ready for month two because all of the videos are about an hour and I found I had to force myself to do it way more than I had in the first month. It is definitely a great work out and I felt accomplished after…

for the ladies who have this problem, did it occur after pregnancy. I think I may have the same thing but only developed it after my first baby. I gained over 50 pounds and have just under 10 more to lose. I'm thinking it should go away as I get closer to pre pregnancy weight.

I'm going for 153 for a half marathon in September

I just had my first baby 10.5 months ago. I gained 55 pounds, so at the higher end. What I learned is track your food (you only need the extra 300 like everyone has said), and exercise. Be prepared for morning sickness to stop you from doing what you we're before pregnancy so try to find something that won't make you more…

wow everyone did amazing! I haven't done my fit test yet, I hurt my foot and want to wait till it gets better. I will post as soon as I can. I'll also do my measurements tonight so I can post that, meant to do them yesterday but forgot. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!! WE DID IT!!!!!!!!!!
-
Congrats!!! I'm about to start lifting and can't wait till I get to where you are at!
-
I did! Well I think I was about 5 or 6 days into it when I took measurements and pictures but it should be pretty accurate.

Cardio Conditioning is my favorite too. Almost done, can't wait!

I think I'll join the group but I won't follow the whole thing again. I plan on running (training for a half marathon) and I'm starting to lift weights, hopefully on Sunday. I bought a bench and weights on the weekend but the bench is missing parts. I've also lent out month 1 of Insanity, I don't think the person is going…

I'm about to finish Insanity in a week!! Yay! I'm 5'3.5", female, and I eat about 1500 calories while doing Insanity. I don't follow their meal plan either. I think a lot of people don't when doing Insanity and seem to get good results. I've lost about 12 pounds and over 10 inches so far (measurements last done about 10…

I started off really bad with this one. Really did not want to do it or put the time into it. So I paused about 10 minutes into it and took a mini break. Went and walked outside, it was gorgeous out. I came back in refreshed and did a lot better. I'm seeing even better results, in fact! Today I'm wearing an old pair of…

I don't mind this one either. Will be doing it tonight though. Only 8 left including today!

Completed the two as well. Went better than the day before with Plyo but I still feel a bit out of it. Should be able to get back into the swing of things with Recovery tonight.
