I am also trying to lose 50 pounds. I have already lost 16 since the New Year so I am making headway. Stay focused and you will achieve your goal. It becomes easier when you have support.

I think we are at the same point. Today marks Day 4 for me. As far as my diet I eat 2 portions of meat for protein. 4 servings of vegetables. 2 servings of fruits, and a tsp of Flaxseed oil. I also drink 2 protein shakes a day, 1 in the morning and 1 after my workout. I also eliminated salt from my diet. I am enjoying…

I am on day 4 of Insanity. This workout is brutal but I am going to see it through. I can not wait until I start seeing results in my clothing.
