Why is it that the first thing people want to so on MFP threads is tell other people how wrong they are? These are "her tips" if you don't like them then move on she didn't ask for opinions. Maybe all this dieting makes some of you edgy and rude? Or maybe those of you who've had success forget to stay humble and get…

I didn't gain any weight however. I…

I gave up coffee cold turkey for the new year. I have given in twice, both times I've noticed I start to feel super stressed, angry, sad etc. I suffer from emotional eating so now I know that the ups and downs of coffee send me for the cupboard asap. no more coffee here!

if you are tracking calories it can make thing easy but as far as flavor and satisfaction, I'd say your better off prepping meals and snacks twice a week. You really don't want to put so many preservatives in your body. If its in a bag, box or can use very moderately.

goodluck! Just make sure the actual food you are eating is healthy. its easy to use the herbalife meal replacement to lose weight but when it done a lot of people gain it back because they never learned to cook better meals or to eat more healthy in general.

don't make this a diet. Track everything you eat and do your best to stay within your calories goals for the day. In time you will learn which foods are more filling and cost you less calories. Just TRACK everything and keep your eyes on the prize!

I think its safe to allow yourself some room to have the things you like especially on those special occasions. The key is portion control, log everything you eat on MFP no matter what, every bite I Tell ya! In time you will learn how much is too much and which foods you totally need to avoid because they cause more harm…

I think you should try some HIIT workouts. They help burn lots of calories and also tone and strengthen. PLUS they can be done at home! Just look some up on Pinterest! And it helps to eat a high protein diet to tone and build those muscles.

Your weight is perfect for your height. Are you trying to tone?

First thing you have to realize is this isn't just a temporary thing until you reach your goal or close to it. You must commit to make permanent life style changes. I've been trying for months, experimenting with what will work for me. I have 50 more lbs to lose. Lost 25 before MFP.
