Wedding Weight Loss Boot Camp

Hello Everyone! I am starting up again on MFP. I fell off the bandwagon. I'm getting married on November 1, 2014. I haven't started to look for a dress yet because I need to lose some weight. I need as much help and encouragement I can get. I hate not being able to fit in to clothes that used to be lose on me. I REALLY HATE my muffin top! Any advice, recipes and encouragement would be greatly appreciated.
I am going to start cutting back on my carb intake and try to go as gluten free as I can. I have no problem eating vegetables. My problem is that I forget to eat. You probably are thinking I should be skinny and not worry if I forget to eat, but that's not the case. I wish I could say I eat all day long and that I eat junk food all day, but I don't. Besides having PCOS and hypothyroidism and not eating, I have done damage to my metabolism.
I want to start feeling better about myself and overall feeling better. I want to wake up every morning with energy and not being sluggish. It's time to take charge of my life and I'm going to do it. NO ONE CAN PUT ME DOWN!!!
