Anyone else having this problem? They appear ok on my browser, but since I had such a difficult time getting that to work, there's a good shot something is still screwy. Edit: I also don't know my left and right.

I weigh in daily but realize the trend is more important than day to day fluctuations. Just helps to micromanage what may have caused that increase..or decrease.

With some of the reviews I've read, it may be cheaper to just get a good heart rate monitor to get just as good a result.

At week three, you do 1.5 run, 1.5 walk, 3 run, 3 walk etc.. week four is 3 run, 1.5 walk, 5 run, 3 walk. Doubling the total of running from 9 to 18 minutes. I made it to about 2 minutes into the last run and had to walk, couldn't catch my breath. I'd love to give some advice on how to get past it, but I really haven't…

To be fair, I don't think we can say that with certainty, but I haven't seen any long term studies that show either way what effect this chemical has on the body.
