Started at 307lbs, 44 waist pants, xxxl shirt, 11.5 shoe
currently at 198lbs, 34 waist, l shirt, and 10.5 shoe. 18 lbs till I hit my goal weight. Might keep going from there. This is the last of countless times I have attempted to lose this weight. No schemes other than keeping track of what I eat and getting active.

On the left: summer 09 and 10. 10 was the highest weight. On the right, fall 2011.

    You are so smart to get on this while you are still young (you look fairly young in the pics, especially the AFTER pics!) I'm going to be 48 this year, and let me tell you, it is a LOT harder to do this now then it was when I was in my 20's :grumble:
