Started at 307lbs, 44 waist pants, xxxl shirt, 11.5 shoe currently at 198lbs, 34 waist, l shirt, and 10.5 shoe. 18 lbs till I hit my goal weight. Might keep going from there. Power 90..thoughts?
I wanted some feedback on people who have used this program. P90x looks a bit advanced, so I was looking into it's little brother, Power 90. Feel it was a success?
