Breakfast - 7.30-8am Lunch - 1pm Dinner - 5.30-6pm Sometimes snack at 11am, 4pm or after dinner! Very rarely all 3! :/

It must be a US thing.... I have never seen a measuring cup :frown: I just guesstimate how much a 'cup' is by whether I think it would fit in an actual cup.... or I search for an option that is in grams! :smile:
