That my belt that i have to wear with all my trousers is on its last hole! 
Okay so story cut short - i brought a plain black belt in january 2011 as a start to my weightloss and i wanted to see if i could make it to the last hole for christmas 2011. The belt is a size large so it fits a UK size 18-20. It was on the first hole in january (even that was a squeeze!), halfway thro the year ive been able to close it on hole 4, (still another 3 to go, sigh!), then come september i reached the 5th hole, november reached the 6th hole. And then *drum roll* as of this morning, i was getting dressed for work, i put my belt on and i got to to the last hole!!!!! And even on the last hole i have a gap where i can put my hand between the trousers and belt!
Time to invest on a medium now and try make it to the last hole for christmas 2012!!

That is such a fantastic way to gage your success! I love it. And the message in your ticker about slowly down and doing things right instead of "as quickly as possible" is just killer inspirational to me. WAY TO GO!!!

Well done. I had to buy a hole punch for all my belts are now way too big for me, but I can't justify buying new belts till next summer,0

! I never could wear belts until maybe last year so I only have one. Rarely am I in jeans unless on Fridays, so I really had no use for one. I'm going to buy me a new belt for Christmas and plan my goal to work my way to the last hole! You are my inspiration for today!
