Walmart has a little container in the fresh veggies of chopped fresh onions. I hate to chop them too so I buy that. Plus they are always ready when I need them.

Yoga pants and a tshirt or a workout tank. I might try shorts this summer. Texas gets over 100 ALOT

It is bad parenting. AS my doctor told me when my 5 year old refused to eat anything other than macaroni "She wont starve to death and don't give it to her" The mom didn't just give in once but for years refused to try and feed her child healthy

I get there Jr Ham and Cheddar melt. It is under 400 calories but I can't remember how much. I believe it is under 300.....

I mean if MFP give you 1500 how much under that do you try to eat. OR If MFP gives you 1500 and you earn 400 working out you have 1900 how much do you eat and how much do you leave left over

I try not to go over. i though my deficit was good but not sure now. I have hit a wall

I am at 1 pound a week and get 1200 calories a day. I wish I could do 500 deficit a day but not yet. Just starting out and working around 3 small kids

Yes it is the parents responsibility BUT also the schools. Government money should NOT go to feeding kids junk. My daughter only goes 1/2 day (pre-k) so I am familiar with breakfast. Her school offers things like yogurt, breakfast muffin (english muffin., ham, egg) fruits, and such and always a option for cereal. Next year…

I know how you feel. Last night I said I was going to do an hour straight on the treadmill (i am just getting started) and my husband laughed instead of encouraging me. Might I ad he sat on the couch in the same room and ate ice cream while I did my hour

Just left my grandmas where I deal with this. All my family is bigger people and they are telling me how I am too skinny and going to look nasty. I want to badly to scream at them I am getting healthier and the being obese is NOT HEALTHY. I just avoid eating there.
