I fell off the wagon!!
I was doing so goof loosing weight but then we moved and things got thrown off. I now have gained some weight back. I am going to go back to loosing weight though. Now the gym is in my home town so it should be easier. I know it wont be as easy to start again as it was to stop but I am gonna try!

I just got my body bugg today. How do I merge the two or mix them? I am adding one meal to BB at th end of the day with all the totals from MFP but how do I get my earned exercise calories into MFP? How bad is it..............
not to hit 1200? I hit 8 out of 1o days but since that is all I get my body is getting use to small amounts. On the days I don't hit i get 1000-1100 but not the full 1200. IS it going to be harmful over all to my diet?

How much of a deficit do you strive for each day? Each week? I am wondering if I am not expecting enough from myself. I try to have sort everyday but it is hard on days I can't work out. I want 500-100 calorie deficit a week.

When do you stop eating?
I have heard people say don't eat after seven. Well with hubbys work he doesn't get home till 10:30 and we eat together. Does it really make a difference? if so would it be different for people who work nights and sleep during the day? What is the point behind stopping at 7?

All this water is making me bloated!
Ok so I am drinking all my water and then some most days (though i tend to forget about in my diary). i don't like tea or coffee and I don't drink soda or juice. Just water. Plain water but since I started 8 glasses a day I fill bloated and full of water. Any thoughts?

Big DIET Cook Book with NO FISH
I saw another post on this and can't find it. I want to find a diet or healthy cook book ( I.E. no fried foods, no major calorie desserts, ect) and cook from cover to cover everything in it. The big problem is I need one with NO fish, No crazy wierd or hard to find food. Any ideas or thoughts?

Need 1200 Cal Friends
MFP gives me 1200 to lose one pound a week. Somedays I am starving and others I don't want to eat it all. I am looking for other people who eat 1200 calories or maybe even 1300 with open diaries. Also I love people who will comment on my diary. It gives me motivation.

MFP gives me 1200 calories to loose 1 pound a week. I know to loose weight I need a deficit but if I get a deficit then MFP tells me I am eating to much. I also read that I should eat back my exercise calories so I don't understand how I am suppose to safely get a deficit. Please help.

I know that the sites needs the ads to support it but it is VERY hard to type in my healthy dinner and see a big banner for Dominos. I can't remember the other one I have seen but why are there ads for unhealthy food shoved in out face?
