  • I read that females need between like 20 and 30 grams of fiber each day. Males need like 35 grams. Also, keep in mind that there are 2 different types of fiber: soluble and insoluble. I don't know what that means exactly, but I am sure a quick Google search will yield all the information you could possibly need.

  • oh yea...i just read about all that. there is more of a link between high fructose corn syrup and hypertension than between sodium and hypertension. maybe watch the processed sugar instead of the salt? i dont know. just sayin
