I use something similar to what you are using already. Its called LIBRA weight management (free on android). I love it. Wish I know as well about other cool apps to keep us motivated.

Count me in. I have been doing it already for a little bit over a month now. I guess today I'll start it again and consider today as Day 1. This is so exciting, lets do it ladies.

I tend to have cereal (usually the ones with 110 calories per serving ), with almond milk(40 calories a cup). I also like to add some fresh fruit such as banana or strawberries. However make sure you measure your portions.
