I'm 5'6, my start weight was 156, my original goal was 135 but at 139 now I still have a lot to loose!! I still have a really big belly (2 babies in 17 months) and very big arms so my new goal is 126..

I am an apple shape too and after losing 16 pounds so far my hip to waist ratio is even bigger than it was!! My hips are only 35.5 (was 37) but waist is 30.5 ( was 34).. For the last week or so I'm tryng to stick to under 100 grams a day. Weigh in is Sunday so will find out if its been working or not. I'm wary of very low…

I found it hard to give up the sugar in it! I have honey and cinnamon but might try the dark chocoloate and peanut butter, interesting!

I'd seriously advise against it. I did it years ago and got a very very severe kidney infection after only 2 weeks on it and when I stopped I put back on the weight I had lost. Its soo not worth it. Just stick to a low carb diet instead!

Day 10 of Level 1 done and dusted, level 2 tomorrow, yikes! Not sure how many calories for sure I burn, I just put in 185 as that's what MFP gives for 20 mins of Circuits.

Day 5 complete too. Endurance better already, sweated more today than any other so far, think its cause I can just do more with every day! Hiring a treadmill next week for 12 weeks so I can do extra cardio.. really want to loose 1-1.5 pounds a week.

Thanks for that Banks, so if I eat 1600 calories a day and do exercise I should loose it? or eat the calories burned on top of the 1600? I'm no directly nursing anymore, just pumping 4 times a day, 18/20oz

Thanks! Hopefully he will help alright, just so confused at to what I should be having. I pump an average of 18-20oz a day, I do have a BMI of 24.7 but I'm not a healthy weight. I have a waist measurement of 34" and it should be 30 at least! I have about 13-18 pounds to loose, have only lost 3 so far.
