this is a lifestyle change, not just for the concert. That is the next big event i was attending. I need to lose 70 pounds and wont stop till i get there. Since the 9th of this month i been working out everyday along with weight training make sure not to eat back cals from workouts or over 1200 cals a day.

I got seriously about my weight loss on the 9th of this month. So on January 9th will be one month I never eat less then 1200 calories I won't starve myself to see results

i currently work out everyday eat around 1200 cals and do 60 min on the eliptical along with lifting weights. I wont give up if i dont reach my goal :) thank you for your advice!

no that is just a goal i was holding for myself. currently 221lbs 5'4. i need to lose 70lbs total i was just making that my next goal weight since i am attending anyway :)

that is my goal too ! 5'4 and would love to be a size 10/12

I hear you and although there is no such thing as big boned there is such thing as curvy! before my kids i weighed 150 and was a size 9/10 and i was okay with that i would of looked pretty darn sick if i would of lost anymore!! that is my goal now 150.

my trainer at the gym said 1200 is too low 1400 the min so i bumped it up to 1400 ill see how it goes!

i eat 1400 cals a day and was only eating 1200 i found out 1200 was to low for my activity level i run 3.5 miles 3 times a week and lift weights my goal is 145 im hoping to do it in 10 months or less, my fitness pal helps alot i really follow it and make sure i dont go over the amount of sugar , carbs or fats im suppose to…
