I Just said i would have one cheat day for mothers day then went back to my diet the next day and was doing fine till it hit the weekend ! what have some of you done to get back on track ? i have already lost 7 pounds and would hate to gain it back!

    Today's another day. A Monday is a fine day to pick back up where you left off. Remember, lifestyle change, not a diet. :flowerforyou:

    I forgive myself and use everyday to do better than the last. I had a BAD night on Saturday night caused by impromptu drinking and poor food choices.. but I didn't let it affect my Sunday,

    DIET.... trying to get that out of my vocab, lifestyle change sounds more like it thank you!
