help!! I have plateaued at 190 for months
My starting weight was 247 in January and my current weight is 190 which i have been since july. i am still working out 4/5 times a week and eating pretty healthy but the scale has not moved any suggestions on how to break this plateau?

I am attending a concert in 2 months and really would like to lose 20 pounds prior to going? how many carbs and calories should i eat to achieve this goal ?

old habits ! i lost 8 pounds and for some reason when the weekend comes i always start eating whatever and stop counting my cals during the week its great because i am at work, can anyone help, also what are some healthy snacks??

I Just said i would have one cheat day for mothers day then went back to my diet the next day and was doing fine till it hit the weekend ! what have some of you done to get back on track ? i have already lost 7 pounds and would hate to gain it back!
