my fitness pal and exercising well on my way

I am 5'4 and started out at 237. since May 1st and i have lost 5 pounds (havent weighed in since may 7th) and am continuing to loose more. i eat 1400 cals a day and was only eating 1200 i found out 1200 was to low for my activity level i run 3.5 miles 3 times a week and lift weights my goal is 145 im hoping to do it in 10 months or less, my fitness pal helps alot i really follow it and make sure i dont go over the amount of sugar , carbs or fats im suppose to eat for the day, if anyone has any other helpful suggestions feel free to share !!
