I'm 5'2", currently at 144 lbs. My goal is 125...but, I think once I get to that point, I might shoot for 115-120. I was 110-115 before I got pregnant with my first child 14 years ago.

I don't consider myself in super great fitness, and I started my exercises/calorie counting journey Jan 31st. I started P90X four days ago and I can do it. I do modify some moves and sometimes I can't get through all the reps either, but I do love the P90X series. I say go for it.

Ditto- between 20-30 minutes onthe elliptical and the bottom of my feet go numb, as if they've fallen asleep! When I get off of it, it goes back to normal. Can't figure out why....

Try grabbing some water and a stick of sugar free gum or a peppermint...that helps me.

griled chicken and pesto, pineapple and a little bit of canadian bacon, veggies lovers pizza, turkey pepperoni, turkey sausage, ==toppings can be whatever you want (just limit them instead of loading them up) and use tortillas for the pizza crust, or flat out flat breads....super good!
