I used to eat butter and sugar sandwiches....fries with mayo instead of ketchup, or dipped in icecream. I could easily drink a 12 pack of soda a day (yes, a soda for every hour between 8 am-7 pm). so sad.....

I'm the same way...as long as I'm not at home, I am fine. As soon as I get home, I want to eat everything in sight...and I shouldn't be hungry. I just ate way more than I care to admit. Some days I can resist and other days I can't. :(

Also- maybe you have lost inches, but not weight. I got on the scale and it said I gained 1/2 lb. I was so pissed. But, then I measured and realized I lost some inches! So---there's always that. Whatever you do, don't give up!

I agree- MFP is one of the most supportive groups of people..always willing to share knowledge and ideas, pick us up when we fall down and cheer us on when we do well...Love it here. It's the only thing I've ever done, that I've actually stuck with and seen results. LOVE IT.

I'd like to know this too...I'm over my sodium almost every day. I'm way over today, although I still have 486 calories left and am hungry...I don't know what I can eat that is low in sodium. I don't feel like eating a bowl of broccoli. :)

First, stay away from sodas and processed foods as much as possible. I'd try to stick with nuts, fruits, veggies and protein as much as you can. My husband works graveyard shift- 8 nights on, 6 nights off. Man, his schedule screws him all up.
