Its basically pureed chick peas...mixed with various flavors, etc. I personally hate it, but I think I am in the minority. I think tons of people really love it.

I totally feel guilty! Three days ago I had sushi and miso soup. I told myself that would be my weekly treat. I love the single serving skinny cow icecreams...dulce de leche and caramel cone are my fave. strawberry cheesecake and cookies and cream and double fudge brownie are also awesome.YUM

I love cottage cheese...but, I do get the 1% kind, not the fat free. And if I am not wanting it to be sweet with like peaches or pineapple with it, I just mix it with some pepper. I guess I'm happy that I love cottage cheese....but, I think I'm the only person on the face of the earth that HATES hummus! LOL.

I have the same problem...I have had 2 c-sections and I can't get rid of the belly...I call it my kangaroo pouch. Its horrible! I can't ever feel my belly button pushing in either... Any exercise ideas would be great. :)

I would say veggie kabobs, fruit salad, roasted corn on the cob....stuffed cherry tomatoes with light cream cheese, green onions and cooked, diced shrimp.

I just got on the scale and it says I've gained 2.5 lbs...and I work out 7 days a week and eat 1200 calories, drink plenty of water. We can't give up though...just keep at it. I don't think you are doing anything wrong...everyone's body reacts differently and loses weight at different rates.

yes, that did help...and apparently, i've been doing it all wrong! :( I've been netting like 500-700 a day. YIKES. But, I don't feel hungry. I drink so much water, that I fill full most of the time...okay, well at least I know now what I need to do correctly. Thanks so much!

This may be a stupid question...but, if I consumed 1600 calories, but burned over 800...it says I still have 400 and some off calories left. Does my NET calories need to equal 1200?? the 1600 doesn't matter?? I'm confused....

As long as it's once a week and not a daily habit, you are fine. I think it's important to treat yourself everyonce in a while.

I love Leslie and her dvd's. I have found that these are the exercises that I enjoy doing the most, and that I feel the best after doing. I do the elliptical and circuit training too, but I always find myself going back to the walking dvd's, because I feel like I get more out of those, as a whole workout. I love love love…

tonight I treated myself to sushi. One alaska roll (smoked salmon, cucumber and avocado) with a small bowl of miso soup and lots of water. Sooo goood.

I'm usually over my sugar limit by noon...and it's all from fruits. I don't worry about it if it's from fruit, natural sugars. If it's from processed foods, sodas, etc...that is what I watch.
