I'm wondering the same thing! I'm contemplating getting it! I'm currently in phase 3 of body revolution but heard body shred is much harder! Looking for some insight!

I started yesterday as well for the second go around! The first time I did it I lost 13.2 lbs. I'm hoping for the same results.. I guess we shall see!!

Shakeology was my absolute favorite but it's sooo damn expensive! So I started to use VEGA which is packed with nutrients, lower in sugar than the rest and tastes really good! But when I need that extra chocolate fix, I put a spoonful of cocao in it!

Br is definitely harder but you can do it! I just completed the program and am excited to start it again after another go around of ripped!

No I haven't even looked at it. I'm a vegetarian and I assume she has you eating a lot of lean meats so I've just been eating cleaner and tracking everything in mfp.

No a lot of the workouts aren't cute! And I did hit the pause button A LOT! But overall it was so worth it! Good luck to you :)

I am on my final week! I am really enjoying workouts 11 and 12. They might be my favorite! After the program I'm going to do ripped in 30 mixed with some cardio, then I will go back to body revolution after because I absolutely love this program! But might need a change of scenery.. Hopefully it will get warm soon so I can…

I'm finished with body revolution this week too so I'm thinking about doing body revolution with a few cardio DVDs!

I absolutely love this program! I am on week 12 and so far have lost 12.8 pounds. So a little over a pound a week. I'm really excited to do it again and see how much I have improved! :)

I can honestly say workout 9 and 10 were the worst!! I am very much enjoying workouts 11 and 12 and am starting to get the hang of cardio 3! I am on my 12th week but think I will go until 13 weeks. I'm loving my results so far and can't wait to do the program again!! :)

I plan on starting it over again too! I will most likely do one week of each as well. I might do ripped in 30 in between just to have some different moves in there. I am already very happy with my results! So can't wait to do it again!

Mine are NEVER right! I would have been at my goal weight by now! It kinda actually makes me really crazy! I'm glad they have some sort of indication that you are "on track" but not these false hopes!

I recently really changed my eating habits (like a little over a week ago) by concentrating more on fruits and vegetables and staying away from packaged meals and have already dropped 3 pounds! I'd love to support and get some in return by anyone who is eating this way by sharing ideas! Feel free to add me :)

BElieve me.. DON"t LOOK AHEAD! Since your body is adjusting and getting stronger the things she does later on looks impossible but it really isn't. It's A LOT of hard work but definitely worth it! I'm on the first week of phase 3 and I can already tell my body is getting stronger and changing, not to mention that I am down…

Wow phase 3 is absolute killer! I have done workouts 9 and 10 and half of cardio 3. I'm definitely noticing a difference in my strength and endurance as this one is pretty tough but I still have to pause A LOT. Hopefully it'll get better! My heaviest was 177, I am currently 170. A year ago when I was losing weight I was 152 and wasn't that happy with my weight so I think I would like to aim for 145 and go from there! Good luck to you all!
