It looks like a few people have told you what to do already. You just have to shake off the "woe is me" attitude and do it. Pinterest has a lot of great, simple routines you can do a few times during the day and use youtube for the things you don't know how to do. Someone could have explained to me for three hours what…

look at those calf muscles!! Are you sure you're not hiding bricks in there? Great job, op. You look great! Keep it up and you'll be at your goal sooner than you think!

Best back handed sounding compliment ever! And you are very radiant.

I'm in the same place right now. I have sixty to lose and so far I've lost 19. I feel heavy and fat and I'm not making good food choices. Just last month eating right was so easy and now I feel like I'm fighting an uphill battle. i might go to maintenance for a few days to recharge and go at it again.

Just saying eight drinks seems really broad. Having eight beers in a week isn't a lot of alcohol consumed, but if your drink is just a tall glass of vodka then eight a week might be a problem. They should concentrate more on the percentage and less on how many glasses you wash/cans you throw away.

I completely understand the panic part. Change scares me and I guess I'd rather chose not to lose weight than try and fail. But I'm fighting past that and I'm about to hit pounds number twenty! As for feeling full, fat and protein will be your best friend. Don't be afraid of fat! And as for the cravings I've found that…

Oh, I LOVE five guys. But i haven't has then since I started MFP for a reason. Start running, OP!

You cry about the doctor labeling you, yet it seems you label all girls with anorexia as crazies who don't know how to do anything but starve themselves. Also, maybe you're so defensive about it because your doctor is at least a little bit right.

That Netflix idea sounds great!

My boyfriend and I have actually been losing weight together. I completely understand where you're coming from tho, I'm a happy eater too, but you can turn things around with him with some hard work!

YES! You killed the evil cardio monster! Well done!

1- My clavicles are back. <-- 2- I took a good picture. (a few bad ones are what made me want to change) 3- I went out to a buffet with a bunch of friends, some who are half my size, and I had the smallest plate, the most fruit, and the least amount of tummy torture afterwards. I'm used to all that being the exact…

It looks like A LOT more than 70 pounds! you look beautiful, bright, and happy! Keep it up.

On top of the awesome face change, your hair and skin look so much healthier!

You you look strong, soft, sexy, and curvy! I think you're perfect now, but if you want to go further look into some weight training. It'll change your body some more, but the best part about it is the confidence you get just from knowing you can do it.

+1

That's a lot of will power you got there! Congrats.

Wii fit actually helped me a lot. In high school I used it every day for half an hour and it made a difference in my weight and my arm definition. I could actually do push ups. I fell out of the routine when I got sick but I'm getting back into it.

Your story is an inspiration. Just don't give up.

You got some sexy Chun Li legs going on! And i love that your focus is on body fat and fit rather than your weight. Congrats!

I thought that just made a demon come out of the mic.

I really want to test this out myself now.....

I guess, since it's mostly water, but that stuff gives me candy cravings all day. I can't drink sweets without wanting to eat them too. I just do water and almond milk now.
-
OP, that was a really good question that a lot of people needed to see the answer to so they can understand what an uphill battle weight loss can be sometimes. Don't worry about the condescending replies.

Drink plenty of water and try to chill on the carbs. It'll fall off as easily as it got on you. I gained six pounds after a week of bingeing and booze but it didn't stay for more than three days. Weight fluctuates ALL THE TIME. Don't let the number on the scale scare you.

If he's as good as you think it shouldn't matter to him. He should be super proud of you and appreciate your journey. But if hes following you on FB he might figure it out himself through pictures. Even if you untagged and deleted old pics there's still some on your friends albums. The bigger you and the smaller you have…

This isn't shame. What you feel six months from now when you've gained it all back and friends ask you what happened, THAT will be shame. Get back on the horse, acknowledge your mistake, and keep going. Like a BOSS.

I hate when I hold out my hand to take a payment and the customer lays their money on the counter next to my hand.

It'll keep you hydrated but for me fake sweets make me crave real sweets pretty hard. Just drinking water and green tea makes the cravings go away for the most part. Try following the 80/20 rule. 80% water, 20% other stuff.
