I would like to join. Today is day one for me. (1/30) My meals will consist of: eggs & turkey beacon for breakfast 105 oz water cauliflower rice and bake Chicken thigh for lunch cauliflower and broccoli with bake pork shoulder for dinner. I love water, so no issues with that as long as it's cold water.

It's day one..wo-wo...here we go..the way I calculate it is 7lbs a month, 2lbs a week..man that's gonna take a lot of will power and some serious focus

I use frozen corn...heat it up in the microwave and that my sweet indulgence...however if you keep telling yourself it's ( sugar ) not will get you to where you want to be now, then eventually you'll lay off it....it's mind over matter :smiley:

It's day #4 just got in from work but determine to do at least an hour cardio...eating today was great...had my Atkins shake, some coffee, got grief from my boss about broccoli smell, chicken salad, 3scramble egg and sausage. ..not bad.. What are you ladies doing??? We should see who can do the most squats and jumping…
