you are very welcome... iI wouldn't be able to count cals without it.. really useful! as for the soy cheese... hmm.. I guess substitute something similar calorie wise? I don't know.. never had soy cheese.

Hmm.. that is a very good idea! Also, I am looking for low-impact (I'm prone to stress fractures) exercise that is about as effective as running.. anything helps! Or, even if you have a really good running workout.. I'd be interested in that too! (I'll just need to warm-up really well)

The only advice I have would be to split the amount you eat in half.. or something like that. You still get all the yumminess (I love doing that too!) but with only half the calories! :D

I do the 800m, 1500m, and 4x400m relay in track.. for XC I generally do varsity which is 5k.. :D

oo! Irish Dance sounds really fun! Went to Ireland a few years ago, and was able to watch it in person.. one of the neatest things I have ever seen! Where did you learn how?
