I have no excuse, I just hate figuring it out..any help is much appreciated. In exchange I offer this recipe I put together tonight because it turned out really tasty:

1 Tbsp olive oil
4-6 chopped crimini mushrooms
1/3 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 package shirataki noodles, rinsed
1 can chunk light tuna
4-6 chopped olives
4 oz shredded soy cheese
1 mondo Tbsp lowfat cottage cheese
2 Tbsp bread crumbs
1 Tbsp parmesan
oregano
basil

preheat oven to 475

Saute the mushrooms in olive oil
add the onion and garlic, saute until sweet
add the tomato sauce
add herbs, salt and pepper to taste
Add olives, tuna and noodles, stir together, simmer for a couple of minutes
add cottage and soy cheese, stir until combined
put in small baking dish & top with bread crumbs and parmesan
bake @20 minutes
