You can look into a calcium supplement and a fish oil supplement (omega-3). A lot of women with PMDD swear that fish oil helps if you're not big on eating fish. Calcium can help if your body has trouble metabolizing calcium and side effect of that may be some of the PMDD symptoms. You can find some more info on google…
