I need help toning my butt

so I have a sprained shoulder, wrist and thumb and so I am still working out though but have to modify things like lift weights only on the good side, no running or high impact cardio but i know how to work every part of my body but not my butt. Before I would do getting on all fours and doing those exercises but I cant get on all fours now. And lunges and squats can only get me so far before i get bored.

I probably should add that I cant jump around since that causes stress to shoulder

Any suggestions?

    look for some denise austin dvds, shes has good low impact butt moves!!

    Lie on your back with your knees bent and do bridge lifts.

    You can get a fantastic rear if you're willing to do the work.

    I use exercises from bodyrock.tv
    I'm in the best shape of my life.
    Some examples:
    jump lunges
    jump squats
    side-to-side squat with leg lift
    squat-kick
    sumo squat knee-up
    frog jump
    and so much more. Mix it up!

    Gosh I can tell you so many excercises but where I go to look for new excecise is Bodybuilding.com, it's so helpful. It shows you all the videos of any body part you want to work. Have a look at it

    Callanetics! Exercise video made in mid 80's, and it's not very exciting so make sure you have some music in the background. It's very low impact and it tones the body. Works deep muscles with small movements. It's an hour long DVD and works the entire body. You WILL see results after doing the DVD 10 times (hour a day about 3 times a week). About $25 on amazon.com
