I have used a fitbit Alta HR forever now but I don't rely on it for exercise. It's all over the place and highly inaccurate during workouts. I use a basic Polar chest strap heart rate monitor for my workouts and have been doing so for many years and I find it to be the most accurate way to measure calorie burn. I override…

Hi! Always looking for active MFP buddies! I've been on and off MFP since 2011 and it has always been a great way for me to stay healthy and accountable. I log daily and am pretty active. My goal is to be the best version of me that I can be... and also am determined to look fabulous in my wedding dress next year ;)

Like sofielein mentioned, 1200 calories is quite low so if you ar enot eating back what you burn you couldvery well be putting your body in starvation mode which will keep you from losing weight. I really would now reduce your colorie intake any more than what it is now. Try…

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but while I think flavored water is fine, anything that contains caffeine does not count because caffeine can actually dehydrate you. While on the subject, there a lot of foods, especially fruits, that contain water. But I never take that into account just because I don't want to overthink…
