Peanut Butter Strawberries or bananas with yogurt and almonds (mixed together) Raw baby spinach with low cal poppyseed dressing and grilled…

4oz chicken breast grilled and seasoned to taste 3 cups spinach 3 lg strawberries 5 grapes 1 tbsp slivered almonds 1-2 tbsp calorie wise poppyseed dressing toss together & enjoy less than 200 calories for a delish lunch or dinner :)

Haha I got in some jumping jacks today :) I think I was able to get a little over a minute and then my legs were burning and jello so I couldn't go any longer LMAO a minute! Water I am doing good so far.
