Did not get to go walking as of yet, but 7 pounds lost in almost 2 weeks. To be honest, some days I do not even lof6, because for the most part I know the amount of calories that I eat. Well I so far am 6.2 pounds down. I know majority is water weight, but I am so stoked about I was about to grab a donut, but nah. I have yet to start exercising, so I certainly will take that. Have to run some errands, and try to get work done as I run around with a toddler all day long.

I eat at least 2 boiled eggs 5 days a week. They are easy to get done, and I can prepare them while I am getting my exercise done. They are a great source of protein, and they are quite inexpensive as well.

This post is very fitting and I lost my mother and grandmother and I find myself not even wanting to celebrate the holidays anymore. I find myself "fake" the funk, only because of my children. Just want to say thank you for the kind words.
