Hey all , started on MFP in Feb 2014 & already lost more than 14 lbs in my 1st run..now on 2nd run to loose next 5 lbs and get some abs in 2nd run..Always looking for motivating friends..feel free to add me :smile:

Thanks guys ..yup i already hit the gym 12 days back & it's going good & there too my main aim is abs , so PT making me workout on my abs alternate days & weight training on others ..both mixed with some cardio

I would say Set Yourself a Goal & then keep self-motivating yourself to Achieve It , 2ndly u can search good friends on MFP & Bodyspace for Gym & when you monitor their activities and see how hard they are trying you will get a Push yourself. ..Personally for me I can Work as hard as you can imagine in start / when needed…

Do some Light exercises or may be even simple jogging/walking will do . Also drink atleast 10 cups of water , esp. try to drink 2 cups of water before each meal . That would defienitely make you eat less & increase your Metabolism rate .

I started MFP & Home Gymming together in start of Feb 2013 . I calculated my TDEE and as per my requirement set my MFP . I don't measure my foods , just use guesswork on quantities but at same time I am working out 5 days/week but don't log any calorie burn due to weight/strength training . I only log in my cardio workouts…

I would have simple advice for you : 1. Calculate your TDEE & your daily calorie requirement to achieve your goals 2. Log whatever you eat or drink on daily basis strictly 3. Monitor & keep check on your Macros & analyse your deficiencies & excesses and try to improve them Do this for a week and you will find your answers…
