Any good foods that are filled with nutrients but low cal?

Do you know any good foods that can be used as a supplement or to replace regular ones? Like I just found out about PB2 which is a peanut butter powder that also comes in chocolate. Fantastic! After that I got to thinking that there are likely many such foods that I do not know of.

Not exactly "replacements" but a couple of nutrient dense low-calorie choices I make (to get more bang for the buck protein-wise, calcium-wise etc.) would include light string cheese sticks, unsweetened almond milk, Greek yogurt, turkey hard boiled egg, tuna.0
