Count me in as well! I started on the 2nd (Long story about why I didn't start on the 1st), and have been going strong! But I can always have more people to help motivate me and keep me on track. Anyone is more than welcome to friend request me!

Just one goal? I have so many! but I guess the goals that I have that are immediate are be able to do 10 push-ups properly and run a 5k. Other things can and will follow after this =]

What a great idea for a post! My September goals are: 1. Log my food and water on MFP M-F (I'm busy every weekend this month and it doesn't make sense to try and log my food) 2. Exercise 4 times a week. With the exercise, to also change it up. (I'm thinking of making a calendar to keep track!) 3. Try a new recipe. 4. Try a…

Feel free to add me, too! I try to be as supportive as I can (though life has kept me busy and off mfp at times, but I think that's understandable lol). I have only one MFP friend out of all that I'm friends with that actually talks to me several times a week, and I find it to be incredibly helpful! Also, good job on…

Anyone can add me! I try to be encouraging even with life being so busy the past few months! But I can also use the motivation =]

Anyone is more than welcome to add me as well! I try to be there for my MFP friends!

Feel free to add me! I work a desk job, too, and want to lose around 80 pounds!

I lost 80 pounds from 2012-2013 then went through a bunch of bad times until summer of last year. I unfortunately gained all the weight back. So I decided last month that things in my life were at the best it's been since I stopped and am now back in the game! Feel free to add me, anyone!

I have a Polar FT7 and I absolutely love it.

I've been overweight my whole life. And I understand what you mean about a strangers body. I lost a lot of weight and felt great, then gained it all back over the past few years. I'm at it again, this time for good! Anyone is more than welcome to add me!

I like the clothes at JCPenney and Target. I've gotten all of my things there, except sports bras.

I understand what you mean. I used to work for a portrait studio where some days, I'd photograph for 4 hours straight (that includes setting up backdrops and props, posing families or children, photographing in all different angles and etc), so I'd get hungry pretty easily. My go-to snack was apples with peanut butter…

The only exercise video I use is Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. I wear glasses and without them, I'm legally blind so I do the video with my glasses off (this way they don't fly off my face). I've seen the two women that are in the video, and while they are wearing shorts an and a bra, their bodies look fit to me. In…

This is my second go at losing weight. The first time I lost about 80 pounds. That alone is motivation for me so I know I can do it again! Plus, I have all the clothes that I love of when I weighed less that I want to fit back into

Same here! I have between 80 and 90 pounds to lose. (will be 29 in a few weeks)
-
I am in the same boat, too! I used MFP religiously a few years back and lost 80 pounds between logging on here and exercising regularly. Then I stopped for some reason and have gained most of it back since. I started back on here about 10 days ago and started exercising this week. It definitely takes some dedication and…

Don't be discouraged by a weight gain! And you can always pick yourself back up from falling off the wagon, trust me  . You are more than welcome to add me as a friend!
-
That's the right attitude to have! Like you, I'm starting over, too, and I'm planning on dedicating 2016 to getting as healthy as I can.
-
I'm so sorry for everything that you've gone through, I wouldn't even know how to imagine that. I went through some hardships this past year myself, but am back. I'm mentally and emotionally ready to get my life back to where it was (lost 80 lbs on here before, but gained most of it back within a few years). You are more…

Welcome back! I definitely know what you're going through. I have also started over again very recently due to gaining most of the weight back that I originally lost. And I refuse to buy clothes because my body size has changed lol. Feel free to add me!

My family usually makes cranberry walnut breads around this time of the year. Not cookies, but still very bad (and yet, SO delicious) for me. So I understand your dilemma of what this of the year brings! Feel free to add me!

I have about 60 to 70 pounds to lose... not as much, but feel free to add me! I'll always support anyone trying to make their life healthier!!
-
I understand exactly what you mean. I lost almost 80 pounds and then had some life changes and I've gained mostly all of it back. I'm starting over again as well! Feel free to add me if you want!!
-
I just started over again today and would love to have some friend to motivate me!! Also would love to motivate others.
-
You can add me as well if you'd like! My goal is to get back to the weight I was at the first time I lost weight. So I have about 50 pounds to lose! I think I can do it in a year =]

This is my second go so i definitely understand jumping back in the bandwagon. You can friend me if you'd like!

This is like the PF by me. Yes, they have free pizza once a month. My gym had a squat rack cuz I've seen people do it. I see heavy lifters there along with beginners. I see people dressed in all types of clothes, from jeans (what?) to tights on men. I see fit people with... well, not fit people like me lol. I've seen…
