Need some motivation!

Hi, I'm Ashley.
I joined a few weeks ago. Got a personal trainer, dieting, working out on my own, all that...but this last three days I have fallen off of the wagon after an 8 pound gain in one week due to a new medication my doctor had put me on. Made me feel like all of this work was for nothing!!
I am sure I don't want to let this end my hard work, though. I just am looking for a few friends to join me so we can keep each other motivated. Anyone in?

Don't be discouraged by a weight gain! And you can always pick yourself back up from falling off the wagon, trust me . You are more than welcome to add me as a friend!0

No reason to get upset from weight gain, I am times feel like I am working my butt of and I either don't lose any weight, or even gain weight. You have to remember that there are so many reasons this can happen, from water weight, to muscle gain. Our bodies is at a constant change.0
