I started in Feb. I have lost 15 lbs, I do water aerobics 3 days a week 60 mins each class and I LOVE IT!! ????❤️❤️

I would just go and enjoy myself, sounds like you will be getting plenty of exercise. you can put counting cals on hold for a few days. just tell yourself you have to get back on track when your back home :)

Same cloths, same place, and I didn't eat any more sodium than usual. I didn't drink as much water yesterday as usual ( I only had 64 oz come paired to the 128 oz I usually have) could that make that much of a difference?
