My definition is jogging at 7mph for a set distance and then like you said a rest period of walking at around 3.5 to 4mph

So I see most people choose to track it daily. But if the body fluctuates daily, why track it daily? Is it just compulsive?

Yes I can. I find it easier for me to run before I do the lifting instead of the opposite

Alot of times I came straight home because I either forgot my gym clothes or my headphones, and now that I got working headphones again( I can't workout without my headphones) I'll probably go straight there starting Thursday

From the machines I work on, most of them calculate your calories, 30 mins of stairs, bicycling, and sprint intervals so 90 minutes of cardio and then weightlifting. 4 days a week
