I use to drink a lot of craft beer, I still have to occasional beer or 2 but I make sure I'm still under my calories. I recently switched to vodka and diet sprite when I do out with friends. I go to school full time and work 30 hours a week. After my classes I have a 2-3 hour break before work and Some days I have no desire to workout then I watch a new motivational video on YouTube. Usually does the trick for me.

My opinion with fat burners they are OK. ( I dont know too much about them) but by no means are they a miracle pill. I've lost 25 since Jan first, First month I wasnt even trying to lose weight on purpose, just didnt eat as much and I lost 10 pounds, this month I counted calories and lost 15 pounds

Lift heavy 5 days a week, Cardio 3-4 times a week because I enjoy it. Weight is coming off good since I incorporated lifting into my routine

I'm actually going to IHOP for breakfast this morning so I looked up the nutritional info. Slim and fit menu items are pretty good a few under 350 calories. and the rest under 600

Weight fluctuations, This morning I weighed in at 235 and I just weighed myself for this thread and the scale shows 241. Tomorrow morning I will most likely weigh 235 again. Its like this everyday for me, I drink a ton of water.

I wished I burned 350 calories walking to the station, I would have to walk 10km with a high paced walk to get to the station, but if I was going to walk 10km I might as well walk to my destination

If im in doubt, I always over estimate. But normally im pretty spot on when weighing my food and logging it.

Caffeine is a appetite suppressant. I use EC stack and I feel no hunger pains. I take 3 200mg caffeine pills a day. I'm not to sure how much this works out to coffee
