She is a good trainer, but I think its to harsh. She was on the Dr's and did all that yelling wasn't right place for the yelling. I believe as a trainer you need to be hard. A little compassion at times will make them more loyal and they will try harder. Giving some encouraging will go a long way. Just saying....

TuroFire is a fantastic work out. So is a combo of Chaleane Extreame. I have lost 16 lbs and 18 inches doing this work out. It isn't for the faint of heart. The same thing happen to me. I weight myself the day before and was 8 lbs heavier at the Dr office. And felt the same way you do. I sucked!

I get that way also and am sure many of us do. Hang in there you will come around. What I do when I get to feeling that way I go and get another excersise DVD or some walking sticks or a new excersise outfit to get me back in the groove. It always works for me it is kind of a reward. It makes me feel better :flowerforyou:

I post house cleaning as excersise I don't add it as that many cal just at 200 burned. But some days I shampoo carpets and wash windows. I have a 4000 sq ft house its a lot. And I am very OCD so its a lot of work every day!

I bought a scale that measures your weight, body fat %, water weght and bone density. Got it at Acedamy for 89.99. I had every thing measured at the gym by a trainer with the calibers and was just about the same. :bigsmile:

Also do another type of excersise confuse your body it is use to the walking while you work. Try some strength training building muscle will burn more calories. Good luck!
