Trying to lose 17 lbs by July 10

Okay so I have accomplished losing 14 lbs from March 10- May 5, however I still have 17 lbs to go and lots of toning, any suggestions? So far I have been eating no more that 1300 calories and I try to work out every Monday Wednesday and Friday for sure- but I sometimes workout more and will sometimes add a morning workout when I feel like it. Does anybody have any suggestions or comments or anything I beleive I am going to need an extra boost of motivation and maybe some exercise tips.

    My mini goal is another 17lbs by July 11, so I'm trying to work out 5 days a week. I've really been focusing on water intake, because that helps me lose weight faster.

    I am too have a goal of losing 17 lbs. But in order for me to reach my goal I eat 1100 calorieas and work out 6 days a week Very hard work outs I am doing Turbo fire system and JM ripped in 30 also 6 days of 1 hour strenght training for that toning. It is at least 3 hrs a day. Water is important and watch the totals of carbs. sugar, protien etc... If you do that you will reach your goal I know I will!!!! Its a lot of work but worth it !     I'm on 1200 calories a day. Its tough. I would say continue what do doing and in your mind say I got this, imagine yourself already lost those unwanted pounds. I actually had to start doing that because I fell off the wagon. I think I got to comfortable after I lost 4 pounds in 2weeks.
