Hello All:

Just started yesterday. I've done the food journaling before, it's the exercise part that is not going, at all ::frown: This is just day two, so I will try again in the AM. Good luck everyone!

    I joined doing the opposite! I exercised pretty regularly, but I need to write down what I eat!! I've been using MFP for almost 4 months and love it. It has made a huge difference in how I eat!!!! Good luck on your journey!
