I baked tilapia last week, just put it in a baking dish and drizzled with olive oil, added salt and pepper and dill and squeezed a little lemon. it was really good, I added more lemon to mine after it was cooked.

I only drink water and occasionally coffee with fatfree/sugarfree creamer

I'm also over on protein a lot, under on fat, under on everything, except sometimes I do break even on carbs. But I basically had the same question. I'm always under my calories goal, over on protein - and always starving!
