  • I've got Decelerator again today. I have to say, block 3 is leaving me more sore and for longer than the other two blocks. My chest, arms and legs have been hurting for seven days straight!
  • Congrats! Must feel so good to have complied it! And well done for getting right back into it; not taking a long break between rounds!
  • So I ended up going with The Challenge (I decided Complex Upper would be too hard considering the pain I was in!), It kicked my butt, but I kicked its butt back! I ended up doing 12 more pull-ups and 42 more push-ups compared to block 1 (102/181)!
  • Have to do either The Challenge or Complex Upper today; I'm not sure which one to go for. They'd both kick my butt; I'm still aching a lot from Decelerator on Monday :-(
  • Welcome back, Rhino! It's funny how you miss those workouts, isn't it? I took a week off due to being sick and I missed it like crazy!
  • Had to take a week off after finishing block two transition week, due to a heavy cold and bronchitis. Started back yesterday; I've repeating the transition week and then going on to block three next week. Did Isometrics last night.
  • Congrats! I'm just about to start block three (tomorrow) - I've not lost any weight at all, but I feel really good! I'm definitely going to do this all over again once I'm done!
  • I'm in block 2 transition week and doing CVX again tonight; haven't done that for a few weeks so I'm excited about doing it again!
  • Did MMX last night. Feeling it this morning, again - that's good, I guess!
  • I also just finished Eccentric Lower - going to start my 9-hour work day now!
  • I have Triometrics today - not done that before. Had Eccentric Upper yesterday, that was fun, although I had to use the bands; there was no way I could do those pull-ups like that!
  • vhuber, Busymomof003; thanks a lot!
  • Just wanted to update this thread, now that four weeks have passed - block one is done! Here are the stats: Body fat dropped from 20% to 17.8% Weight dropped from 78.7kg to 77kg Waist dropped from 42" to 38.2" Hips dropped from 39" to 38" I'm very pleased with the results so far!
  • I did CVX (block 1, week 4) tonight. I'm so happy! I managed to do the whole 30 minutes without a single pause of the video! That's the first time I've managed it, and it's (for me) a true indication of my progress in this program. I didn't even feel so tired by the end of it; I'm sure I could have done more!
  • Yeah, that CVX caught me off guard, too! If you're doing the classic schedule, the combination of The Challenge, CVX and then The Warrior really hits hard at the end of the week! It's great to hear that your workouts are getting better, and you're not being put off by the intensity! I'm almost at the end of week three and…
  • Rhino, that's some really great feedback - thanks for that. It's good to hear that there's a difference in form and performance! That 3.4 run still annoys me; I think I need to work on that separately sometime; I just get too confused by it all and find myself giving up. I just think I have no coordination! Congrats on…
  • Are you doing the classic schedule, Rhino? If so, how do you feel having not done Agility X since block 1? Was there a noticeable difference in performance, balance etc? I just finished my last block 1 Agility X this past Tuesday - I'd be interested to know what it's like coming back to it! As for me, I did my last…
  • Thank you! It's so great to have this community here, there are so many inspirational people to learn from!
  • That's unbelievable! Way to bring it, Rhino!
  • Just finished Dynamix; it's the first time I've done it. I took a rest day last week as my knees hurt. I really enjoyed it! It was quite painful and yet, relaxing!
  • Thanks, Rhino; looking forward to your block 2 results!
  • I did my second Warrior workout today (Block 1, Week 2). It was easier than last week! I think it has something to do with the fact I'm familiar with the moves this time around, but I really want to believe it's because I'm stronger and fitter than last week! I think I only paused the video once in the whole 30 minutes, so…
  • That's fantastic news! To me, that's what P90X3 is all about; not trying to look like the "test group studs", it's about making valuable changes in one's life that may have otherwise been difficult to do, i.e. P90X3 creates a plan for us to adhere to and follow easily!
  • Congrats on finishing the first week! I just started week 2, so I'm in a similar position. I agree about CVX and Agility X; I found that the Challenge/CVX/Warrior combo at the end of the week was brutal! I'm also not a yoga fan, being a very inflexible middle-aged man! However, after going through the first week and seeing…
  • Did Agility X today (week 2 just started). Can't really feel if I improved over last week; I guess my balance was a little better... One difference is that I paused the video far less often! I still cannot grasp that "3.4 run"; does anyone else think it's just too confusing?! Also, I don't like how rapidly Tony keeps…
  • Hi all, I'm Shane. I'm 41, and I teach English in China. I've never done a BeachBody programme before (although I'd heard of P90X before, years back). Like others, I've joined gyms before, bought home equipment before...given up on both after a while. Just had no motivation. I started P90X3 last week (did The Warrior…
