it happens.. stay AWAY from the kitchen as much as you can after dinner. Also,brush your teeth :) that helps me not eat after 6-7 pm because food will taste gross and I don't want to brush my teeth again

terrible idea...your body NEEDS carbs. Eliminate the bad carbs (breads,pastas,etc) if you like. You need to still consume veggies,fruits,etc which all have carbs in them

I get about 120-150g of protein a day and have no problem fitting them in! I get a high carb breakfast with about 20g protein (eggs,turkey,soy milk,yogurt) Snacks include greek yogurt or hummus with a form of veggie Lunch: chicken,TUNA*,turkey Dinner:usually salmon

Tuna has lots of protein! As well as sliced turkey. A cup of plain greek yogurt has 24g of protein which makes for a great snack with some berries or cinnamon! :love:
