Love handles
Hello MFP! I know you can't spot reduce but I've been leaning out pretty nicely with IIFYM plan and working out 6x a week. Cardio 6x and lifting 5x. Is there a way to get rid of stubborn love handles? :( (

ratios
I'm 150 lbs,5'6,18 yr old female. Calorie intake :1200. Ratios : 40c,40p,20 f. My macros end up at 120 carbs,120 protein and 27g fat. I workout 6-7x a week (30 mins cardio,30-45 mins lifting). Is this a good plan for fat loss and muscle gain? Is 40,30,30 a better ratio? Thank u

Re-eating calories/macros
May be a silly question but I am new to this. I have my macros set at 40/40/20. I usually do all my meal planning the day before so when I wake up my macros are all set and ready to eat for all of my meals.
