Re-eating calories/macros

May be a silly question but I am new to this. I have my macros set at 40/40/20. I usually do all my meal planning the day before so when I wake up my macros are all set and ready to eat for all of my meals. However, when I workout I get extra calories(obviously) but it also increases my macros. My carbs are set at 120g but since I worked out today they went up to 162g. Should I re-eat my macros as well ? I'm a little confused. Thank you!!

Did you custom set your calorie goal as well (like for TDEE method) or are you going with MFP's set up?
Edited to add: Because any time cals are added back in from exercise, it will change your macros. If you use the TDEE method, taking a cut from your TDEE to be your every day goal, you can enter your exercise as 0 cals burned, (or as .1 and the system will log it as 0 since it doesn't do decimals) and just make a note of the actual cals if you want to track them - but then it doesn't change the macros on ya.0
