Me too Leah! I have been slacking some too. But we have so much going on right now, haven't been home much to cook healthy meals or even exercise.Hope to get back in full swing soon!????

Leah, they had a bomb in Boston at the marathon a couple days ago and then yesturday in West,TX a fertilizer plant caught fire and then exploded. Leveled houses and business as far as 5 blocks ago. It was horrible!

When I first started I was set at 1200 but everyone said that wasnt enough that I needed at least 1500.Ive been at it for a couple of months till about a week ago and bumped it up to 1630.I try to do at least 45 min of cardio a day,I dont know if what I am doing is right or not.I just do it!I have to make myself do…

I've been busy the last few days and haven't got to post on here much or do as much exercising as I normally do! I'm trying to get on the elliptical at least 15 min. Figure it's better than nothing! I made baked lemon chicken last night.Super easy.Just sprinkle lemon pepper, cover and bake for about 30 minutes.

Angie, I have 2 Leslie Sansone DVDs, 1 uses a resistance band and the other a resistance belt. I love both of them! They are called: Walk away your waistline(3 miles)and Walk it off tone it up(5 miles).
