I can't eat cereal either, or pizza without consuming as much as possible. I don't buy cereal and I have a pizza every 100 days. You shouldn't need to bring stuff like that in for your healthy guests. I'd be happy with fruit or oatmeal just the same at someones house.

I may look the same in places but I just basically shrunk at the same rate all over, you can tell by how baggy the underpants are lol. I had to heave them on in the before pic. Seriously, I weighed a leveled tbs of peanut butter and it was 1.5tbs in weight. All those volume vs weight errors add up fast.

I keep a lot of 'free foods' for when I am too hungry. Sugar free jello, lettuce, and most veggies are nearly free. When I lost only .5lb and then no lbs at all, I realized I needed to stop using measuring cups and spoons for my fats (and other high cal things) and now I weight them instead. That works. I eat mostly fruit and dairy and I am losing weight fine. Even the so called worse fruits, I have been known to have a mini watermelon for breakfast. The only problem with it is running out of calories slightly sooner than if I had say 2 grapefruits instead/

If you have the surplus once in a while then why not? I personally think there is nothing wrong with any of those foods. I think overly processed foods and damaged heated oils are the real enemies. There is nothing wrong with a treat once in a while.

You got to pretend to be 18 to be on this site :p.. You are a guy, please don't eat 1200 calories. You go over because you aren't meant to be eating so little, if you were my kid I wouldn't let you eat less than 1800 a day.

I lost neatly 30lbs and 4 inches off my gut but since I guess I am shrinking all over I can't tell yet. I am waiting to feel a bone or something lol. I think the small part o9f my waist may be lower but that's about it.

I didn't think I could live without the pasta either.. until I seen how many calories it is. Cook your normal portion, weigh it and then Google how many calories it is, it is really bad. I'd rather have a huge salad.

I eat fruit every morning, a lot of it. Today was 2 apples and 2 oranges. It is still healthy because of the fiber and it keeps my brain and belly happy.

When I have lost weight without counting anything I only ate when I was hungry. So that means I would skip many meals and sometimes miss entire days. My body doesn't want to be super fat.
