Hey there. I'll add you  It'll be nice to have another friend on here to give support and motivation to each other.
-
Hey Zoe. Glad to see you back here  I'm in the same boat; used to use this, gave up. Now I'm back. I'll send you a friend request.

Hey Sarah. I don't think I'd consider myself a "healthy" eater. More-so, I try to burn off excess calories I eat through exercise instead. It'd still be nice if we could be friends though for motivation and support

Way to go! 20 lbs is an amazing feat. The amount of effort you're putting in is paying off. If you can't find support from your family, the least we could do on MFP is support your goal

Hey Colleen. Welcome to MFP  I don't know whether I'd consider myself active since I've only just started going to the gym last week. I currently do 5-7 days of cardio a week with some weights mixed in on some days. I'm pretty big (256lbs currently) 5ft9" but I'm steadily losing weight at the moment which is good.…

Hey Beka  I'm Josh. I used to use this about 1-2 years ago until I just gave up and forgot about it. It was only recently that I came back here to help log my exercise and foods to see where I could improve. I'd be happy to have you as a friend on here so we can motivate each other  Edit: I also forgot to…

^This. I've been fat since I was a kid. I was fed a pretty poor diet and was never taught decent nutrition for my body. The weight always seemed to stay at around the same though when I hit 16 years old. I'm not gonna blame other people though. I mean... I'm big because I let myself get this way and never did…

Hey Emma. Welcome to MFP  If you're looking for some support, I'll gladly be your friend on here.

I'm really bad at saying no to junk foods. I live in a house full of the stuff atm and it's really hard to get started again. I've been yoyoing over the past few months and it sucks.

I didn't read the entire thing so sorry if I missed something. But if it bothers you so much, just tell him that it does. He'll understand.
-
Feel free to add me ^^ I try to be supportive

I usually don't control when I fall asleep. I just fall asleep when I'm tired enough and sat down/laid down. So I don't usually bother taking any clothes off.

True. I have a cat :) TNP loves chocolate!

I log everything such as fruits and vegetables and sauces. Even if the calorie amounts are small, they're still there. The only thing I don't log is water which I can add anyway with the glass of water counter.

^ best advice. Don't worry because you didn't eat healthily like a saint for one day. You won't gain weight from it just in one day. Just keep on track and don't make eating takeaway a very regular occurrence.

I have a very similar problem. My house is full of unhealthy food. So I get my own lower-sugar/calorie snacks to snack on to help me keep away from the sweets and cakes. Fruit, ice lollies and sugar-free soda seem to be the best thing to stop me eating them.

I would date someone who was overweight. I'm not really active relationship-wise but if I met someone who I connected with, it probably wouldn't cross my mind.
-
I don't mind eating it. I tend to have a cup of tea with it.

At the gym

Not sure if Josh would be classed as unique since my real first name isn't Joshua.

Still 3 weeks in and I'm still as unfit as when I started. I still don't let it stop me though.
