I am a BBW I have over 100 pounds to lose and DAMN IT I am going to ROCK THIS weight loss. I am walking 30 minutes, trampoling 30 minutes, will get a gym pass next month, start biking, and am going to start 21 day fit. YAY ME!!!!

I don't eat mine back, unless I feel legitimately hungry after working out and I have a low deficit that day.

DRINK LOTS OF EXTRA WATER!!! I recently just experienced this and am am having a heck of time tummy wise. my solution, drink lots of water and eat small of amounts that ungodly unhealthy stuff. I gave up anything white. pasta, bread, flour, sugar. I only eat whole wheat or quinoa pasta, almond or coconut flour, coconut sugar, and sprouted grain, seed, and nuts breads. There is good recipes using cauliflower and almond flour or whole wheat flour I found it on pinterest.

Look up clean eating in google it has some nice healthy recipes I have one on my blog from last night that was delicious. Pinterest is my always go to for healthy recipes too.

I taught myself to do something new. crochet, knit, play guitar. that way when I get bored I turn to one of those, also start with drinking some water sometime drinking water will help, distract your mind. busy hands and mind try something new to distract you. That is just works for me.

You should do what your body allows you. Don't push yourself to death, or you will have injuries and burn out.

ohhh, peel it and puree it and put it in a smoothie, or broil it a bit it brings out the natural sugar. EAT THOSE SEEDS, they are soooo good for you, Just cut it up and eat that thing so yummy!
